My bedroom dresser is complete!
I refinished my bedroom dresser a week or so ago and I'm absolutely loving it. The color is perfect and makes me feel calm and cozy. I'm also somewhat obsessed with the new knobs. They are faux glass with a rubbed bronze accent. Overall, its a great before-and-after makeover project and the piece blends perfectly with my other bedroom decor. I'm still contemplating distressing it, but for now I think its quite lovely just the way it is.

LOVE! I recently painted my nightstand a glossy white and added antique knobs. Looks polished!

Very pretty color! It is perfect with the new knobs. I like "concrete jungle," very clever :)

Those knobs are adorable! Great job!
ReplyDeleteLove the crystal knobs! I've been planning on putting some on my repainted bathroom cabinet-if I ever get around to it!
ReplyDeleteOh, yes. Those knobs are gorgeous! I saw some at Hobby Lobby that were similar and almost bought some just so I could be motivated to find a pretty peice of furniture to put them on! It's like buying the shoes first and building the outfit around them! I'm totally an accessory girl!
ReplyDeleteGreat blog! I also entered over the The Virginia House. Mine is the Vanity Chair Re-Do. Not very interesting, but it was my first time entering something I've done (new blogger and all).
Just thought I'd stop by and say hello! Trying to make some bloggy friends! I look forward to seeing some more of your stuff!
PS-- I think distressing the dresser would be great! But I understand not wanting to do it-- I'm always afraid to mess with a good thing!
Thanks, everyone! :) And Stephanie, welcome to the decor blog world. Its great to have you!
ReplyDeleteGreat color and hardware. Very pretty!
