I bought a simple hermetic jar from The Container Store and Mod Podged two different cute prints on the top. For the base, I used green and white acrylic paint to create the stripes. I coated the dried paint with Hard Coat Mod Podge to help keep the acrylic paint from chipping. For the finishing touches, I added a little bit of distressed olive green ribbon around the lip!

The NEW Mint Jar
I've been super busy packing my apartment in anticipation of my move this weekend. It has been a very long process so I haven't had much time to get crafty... until last night. I decided I needed a break and my coworker has been giving me constant grief about the mint jar. So, here it is! Yea!
