Birdie Bookmark

I'm on a bird kick lately.   I saw an adorable birdie ornament over at Under the Table and Dreaming.  It was scrapped together from book pages and seemed fairly easy to create.  So, I warmed my hot glue gun up, grabbed an old book and started crafting my own!  I used coffee to distress the paper and haven't decided if I should put legs on my bird or leave it as is.  I think I might use it as a cute bookmark instead of an ornament.
