DIY: Cheap n' Easy

As promised, I will be sharing my Christmas Tree Shop DIY project today.  It's easy, cheap and totally cute.

I started with this bottle ($1.29):

I also purchased a huge bag of shells for only $1.  Then I gathered some sand (free from a previous house project), arranged it all together and voila! 

 (The blue jar on the left is my moms.  She was so enamored with the idea and decided she had to have one for herself.)  So there you have it.  My simple summer DIY.  Total cost = $2.29 (!)
